Colonel Fort Jaco sits in a lush and pleasant district. It was born out of a desire to create a unique, unparalleled place: somewhere timeless and effortlessly stylish. The restaurant’s cuts are proudly displayed at the butcher's counter located at the edge of the kitchen. We also have a vast rotisserie installed, so our menu here features poultry dishes. Designed as an introduction to its older sibling in the city centre, Colonel Fort Jaco has had no trouble in projecting its own comfortable, confident, inimitable style, and is now a not-to-be-missed venue in the south of Brussels.


Your profile

Cooking is your passion. You are efficient, rigorous and conscientious in carrying out your tasks. You like team-spirit and to work in pairs, and you are also able to behave independently. You are stress-resistant and you have always a smile on your face. Punctual and flexible, you like to take some responsibilities among a dynamic staff. You are experienced in the cooking world and you want to continue learning with us.


Your tasks

-       To be responsible for a section of the kitchen (hot, cold, desserts, ...)

-       To manage the set-up and follow-up of your section

-       To place orders for the products of your section

-       To manage the stock of your section

-       To give your input in the creation of our lunch


Our offer

- Full-time job (38h/week)

- Attractive salary

- 5 days/week (Lunch service/ Break /Dinner service)
